  • Sewage Water Treatment
  • Acroama water treatment system are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of a wide range of Sewage Water Re-Treatment Plants in all over India and also abroad. These Sewage Water Re-Treatment Plants provide clean water by removing pesticides, color, bad odor and other harmful chemical impurities from water. We can use this treated water for gardening and flushing. The second level of treated water will be used for drinking.

Prefabricated Sewage Treatment Plant is provided to clients in different technical specifications as per their provided details.
Advantages of Pre Fabricated Sewage Treatment Plant
    • 100% Eco friendly
    • Rust Proof
    • Leak Proof
    • Durable Light Weight
    • Easy to Install
    • Massive reduction of BOD

Acroama Water Treatment offers Prefabricated sewage treatment plant or domestic wastewater treatment is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater and household sewage. It includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants. Its objective is to produce a waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste or sludge suitable for discharge or reuse back into the environment.

Normally prefabricated sewage treatment plant requires large area for the proper installation. Conventionally STP has been installed into the bigger land. But nowadays industries and institution are installing Sewage Treatment Plant for the benefit of the environment. Land is the important part of any of the industries and institution i.e. hospital, hotels, schools etc. and they are not able to provide enough space for the conventional sewage treatment plant.

Acroama Water Treatment has developed innovation and revolutionary underground stp and prefabricated sewage treatment plant (STP) which consume very small area of the land and provide excellent output quality of treated water. Underground STP and Package Sewage Treatment Plant mainly consist of Primary clarifier and settler, Aeration tank with bio media, tube setter, disinfection system, Tertiary Treatment, Ultra filtration, UV system and Ozonator.

    Containerized water treatment systems

Acroama Water Treatment system offers a compact and decentralized wastewater treatment solution for small, remote communities without access to the municipal sewer system. With the absence of an infrastructure with canals to the nearest municipal wastewater treatment plant and associated pumping stations.

Acroama Water Treatment offers quality MBBR systems comes complete with one or two bio-reactors and one clarifier tank. They are best suited for medium organic loads and strict effluent requirements and fit for direct discharge to the environment. Any combination of hydraulic and organic load can be accommodated by using multiple container plants with standard containers in parallel or customized containers in series.

The wastewater transportation cost from the facilities to municipality's sewage treatment plant can be reduced. Treated water can be used for toilet flushing, irrigation, car washing, curing water for concrete and so on. Fresh water feed for these purposes can be saved. Since treatment plants can also be transported loaded on a trailer, they can be used for other location and construction sites. In residential areas where sewer pipes are not connected, domestic wastewater generated must be evacuated on tanker trucks to a public sewage treatment plant for treatment. Treatment of wastewater by the MBBR reduces the amount of sludge to approximately one third (1/3) compared to activated sludge Technology. Acroama Water Treatment MBBR system uses less electricity consumption, in comparison with the other treatment systems, thereby reducing power cost.

    MBR (Membrane Bioreactor)

Acroama water treatment provides MBR solution for domestic wastewater, MBR processes can produce effluent of high quality enough to be discharged to coastal, surface or brackish waterways or to be reclaimed for urban irrigation. Other advantages of MBRs over conventional processes include small footprint, easy retrofit and upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants.

It is possible to operate MBR processes at higher mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentrations compared to conventional settlement separation systems, thus reducing the reactor volume to achieve the same loading rate.

Acroama water treatment provides Typical for the SBR-process is the combination of the procedural functions “Aeration” and “Clarification” in one reaction tank. Herefrom a stable and flexible process flow results. Furthermore the SBR-process enables a compact plant design and a minimization of the investment costs. Because of the flexible plant geometry (tanks with circular, quadratic or rectangular footprint) SBR-wastewater treatment plants of BIOGEST AG can be simply realized also under hindered project conditions (tourism areas, recreation centers, tower buildings etc.).

    ASP (Activated Sludge Process)

Acroama Water Treatment explain the flow with following diagram for biological processes used for wastewater treatment. The wastewater goes through several stages in which different compound are removed out of the wastewater.

In the Bar Rack coarse solids are removed, such as sticks, rags, and other debris in untreated wastewater by interception. By use of fine screening even floatable matter and algae are removed.

In the Grit Chamber grit is removed consisting of sand, gravel, cinders, or other heavy solid materials that have subsiding velocities or specific gravities substantially greater than those of the organic putrescible solids in wastewater.

The Primary Clarifier is a basin where water has a certain retention time where the heavy organic solids can sediment (suspended solids). (p.384) Efficiently designed and operated primary sedimentation tanks should remove from 50 to 70 percent of the suspended solids and 25 to 40 percent of the BOD.

The influent of the aeration tank is mixed with activated sludge and in the Aeration Tank the mixed liquor is aerated. By aerating the mixed liquor the aerobic processes will be stimulated, the growth rate of bacteria will be must faster. Because the bacteria deplete the substrate, flocculation takes place. The soluble substrate becomes a solid biomass. These flocks of biomass will sediment in the Secondary Clarifier.

At the end of the process the effluent water is treated to Disinfect it and make it free of disease-causing organisms.
